Commissions are first come first serve. If you need a commission done by a certain date, you can requests a commission with a deadline, rush fees will be applied according to work queue and detail complexity.

Time taken for commission can be from 2 weeks (minimal) to 2 months and more. Time taken depends on type of commission, complexity, time etc.

I have the right to deny commissions if not comfortable with the request/client (for example if it doesn't follow the TOS, client is very rude, disrespectful etc.) And i'm not required to document or state that reason.

Clients agree to provide all required art reference, information etc before work starts. Without it can affect the timeline of work.

If you want your final product to be sent with .psd file (for example vtuber model, pngtuber etc.), we can discuss about it as well.

Once we'll discuss the commission and I'll approve your commission request, I will send you a PayPal payment invoice to your email or DM.

I will start working on your commission after the full payment is received (or the first part of the payment plan if discussed). Full payment upfront is required to protect the artist.

I will send you the sketch (with watermarks) of your commission via Email or DM in case you want me to change anything. Major changes are allowed during sketching process, but during colouring and finishing process, only little changes are allowed (like colour adjustments etc.)

Once the sketch is to your liking, I will finish the commission and send you the finished product via email.

Products are DIGITAL and final product will be sent in PNG and JPG format. No physical product is provided.

Size and formats are usually A4, A3 or 2048 x 2048 px, 300 DPI. Sizes can be discussed and adjusted

During the whole process i'll actively reach out for feedback, so comunication is important!

I, the artist, retain the right to post work to social media. These will include the product, live streams, time lapses, and any reference images the client has provided.

I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces as NFT.

I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.

You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference (as determined by the artist) my work and claim it as your own.

My signature may not be removed by any commissions for any reason.

My accepted currency is EUR (€) and CZK ONLY.

Payment will be via Paypal

Payment will be made 100% upfront for any commission equal or below 200€ (maximally divided into 2 parts - 50% before work starts and orther 50% after sketch is finished)

If commission is greater than 200€, payment plans can be discussed

Full payment (or first part of the payment plan) upfront is required to protect the artist. I will NOT start working on your commission until payment is provided.

I do not allow refunds during process of art unless I won't be able to finish the commission for various reasons.

Promote myself using the drawing

Display the drawing on any social media platform

Display the drawing in any location I choose

Personal use ONLY (Using art for streaming like emotes, pngtuber, vtuber etc are considered personal use, no commercial charge will be made)

Sharing the art on their social media pages and/or using the art to promote themselves with PROPER CREDIT to the artist.

Reproducing or using the artwork commercially

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork

Removing watermarks or signatures

Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, written consent

A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will ALWAYS be 200-300% of the original price.

With commercial rights, the client is allowed to make merchandise with the artwork, use it in books, covers, props, to make changes, and to promote their own brand with credit being required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

At no time is the client allowed to reproduce or display my art without proper credit, even if commercial rights have been transferred over.
